  • Authorities and other parties where required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected through our website forms are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and SMS opt-in information is not transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes.

4. Email, SMS, and Voice Communications

4.1 Transactional Messages

When you submit a form, request a consultation, or otherwise transact with us, you consent to receive transactional email, SMS, and voice messages from Lion's Den Sales related to your inquiry or account — for example, consultation confirmations, scheduling reminders, follow-up messages from your assigned consultant, account notifications, and similar communications. Message frequency varies based on the level of activity on your account. Standard message and data rates may apply.

4.2 Marketing Messages (SMS Opt-In)

Lion's Den Sales sends marketing SMS only with your prior express written consent, captured via an unchecked opt-in checkbox on our website forms. By checking that box, you agree to receive marketing text messages from Lion's Den Sales at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving a consultation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

The disclosure presented at the time of opt-in reads:

"Optional: I agree to receive marketing text messages from Lion's Den Sales at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or to receive a consultation. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms."

Marketing email identifies the sender, includes our physical address, and includes unsubscribe instructions. Marketing SMS includes opt-out instructions.

4.3 Opt-Out

  • SMS: reply STOP to any SMS message to opt out of further marketing messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@lionsdensales.com.
  • Email: click the unsubscribe link in any commercial email, or email info@lionsdensales.com.
  • Voice: ask the caller not to call back and we will record the preference.

We honor SMS opt-out requests immediately and email unsubscribe requests within ten (10) business days, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. Transactional and security messages may continue regardless of marketing opt-outs until your account is closed.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. SMS consent records are retained as long as we may need to demonstrate that consent under the TCPA and related laws.

6. Your Privacy Rights
